great stay with easy access to parks and attractions

I appreciated the clean room and really enjoyed the helpful staff, especially when they pointed me to some great nearby parks like Steeplechase Park, just under 5 km away.

During a recent stay, the staff proved to be incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a handicap-accessible room when the elevator was out of order, which was a significant help. However, the facilities left much to be desired, with hallways smelling of mildew, cleanliness being subpar, and limited access to the TV’s HDMI outlet. We appreciated the convenient access to barbecue, but the overall experience was a mixed bag.

The room was clean and spacious. The large suite was perfect for our needs, and the location was great.

We had a decent stay, really enjoyed the breakfast pastries and the helpful evening hostess. The beds were comfortable but the hallway had a musty smell, which was a letdown.

Good free parking, but the pool was dirty and not usable.

I stayed one night in the Beautiful King Room. The bed was good and the room was clean. Staff at the front desk were very nice. Wi-Fi worked well. I would consider returning. 😊

Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and had air conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The private bathroom was well-equipped with fresh toiletries. The fitness center was nice, and the outdoor swimming pool offered sun loungers for relaxation. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and plenty of coffee options. Staff were super friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, with reported issues like dusty surfaces and sometimes unpleasant odors in the room. The elevator was frequently out of order, which created inconvenience, especially when hauling luggage to the third floor. Guests noted noise disturbances late into the night from neighboring rooms and common areas, making restful sleep challenging. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were below average, which didn't meet expectations, and coffee was often served bitter or stale.
